The brief
Every car bought in was discussed in the same WhatsApp group. Test results, repairs, washing and photos got lost in the stream, and nobody could say how long a car actually took from arrival to sale.
What we built
- One card per car with its status, timeline, test report, list of jobs and its own chat.
- A view for every role: the buyer adds the car, the tester fills in the report, the workshop plans its week and the salesperson sees their cars.
- Every handover is time-stamped, so lead times measure themselves.
- Statistics that show where the time goes in every step of the flow.

The result
Most of the talk now happens in the app, in the chat on the car it is about, rather than in one shared WhatsApp group. The statistics show where the time goes in each step, so it is easy to follow up and see where the gaps and the waste are.
