E-commerce for retailers, connected to stock and the till
Online shops on Shopify or headless, connected to stock, tills and accounts so stock, orders and prices match. For retailers selling in store and online.
What usually gets in the way
Two stock levels that never match
The shop and the online store keep separate stock. An item sells online after the last one went through the till this morning.
Products entered several times
The same product is set up in the till, the online shop and Google, with different images, copy and prices.
An online shop that has grown heavy
Plugin after plugin has made the site slow. On mobile you lose customers before they've even seen the product.
Nobody knows what sells
The numbers live in four systems, so decisions come from gut feeling.
What we can build for you
An online shop that's fast
A fast shop on Shopify or headless, with a CMS where you run campaigns and content yourselves.

Systems, standards and rules
- Shopify
- A proven platform for online shop and till when it fits. Headless when you need more freedom.
- Till systems
- You keep your certified cash register. Stock and sales connect to the online shop when the till has an API.
- Klarna, Swish and cards
- The payment methods Swedish customers expect, including Swish, the Swedish mobile payment app, through Stripe, Klarna or your payment provider.
- Shipping
- Consignment notes, tracking and returns through nShift, PostNord or DHL.
- Fortnox and Visma
- Orders, payments and VAT go on to your finance system.
- Google Merchant Center
- The product feed for Google Shopping stays current from the same product data.
- European Accessibility Act
- Since June 2025, online shops selling to consumers in the EU must meet accessibility requirements, microenterprises excepted. We build to WCAG from the start.

How it works
Prototype and design system
Tell us what you want to build and we'll make a clickable prototype and a design system for it. Free, so you see what you get before you decide. If a project doesn't need a prototype, we do a free audit or workshop instead.
Needs, requirements and plan
We go through how you work today and what gets in the way. It becomes a requirements document and a plan where what makes the biggest difference gets built first, and a proposal with a fixed price per stage.
Kickoff workshop
Us, you and the people who'll use it, in one room. We agree what's included and walk out with a plan and the first stage under way.
Follow-up
We build in short rounds with a demo after each. After launch we follow up against the goals and improve what matters most.
Why a micro studio?
A retailer selling online needs someone who understands both the shop and the technology, and who's still around after launch when the campaigns go out. That's the role we take.
We are three people: Christos Potamitis, Olof Öhrn and Max Rosberg Somerlock. The people you meet in the first meeting are the same three who design, build and run it afterwards.
The same people all the way
Olof is your contact from the first meeting through the whole project, and the three of us work so closely that what you tell us reaches the people who build.
Quick decisions
Questions get quick answers and decisions get made in the meeting. You talk directly to whoever can answer, not someone who has to go and ask.
A fixed price per stage
The project is split into stages with a fixed price for each. You know what the next step costs before it starts, and you can change direction between stages.
A network for the rest
What we don't do ourselves, such as IT operations and infrastructure, is done by hand-picked partners. You still have one contact: us.
It also sets a limit, and we're honest about it. We take on a few projects at a time, and if we're not right for yours, we'll tell you on the first call.
Frequently asked questions
- Shopify goes a long way for most retailers and is quick to get started with. Headless suits you when you want full freedom over design and content, several languages and markets, or a shop that has to work closely with other systems. We recommend what fits you, not what's most fun to build.
- Yes. The online shop, the till and the warehouse can share the same stock level, so an item sold in store disappears from the online shop straight away.
- Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act, in Sweden the act on accessibility of certain products and services, applies to online shops that sell to consumers. Microenterprises with fewer than ten employees and no more than two million euros in turnover are exempt. We build to WCAG anyway, because it makes the shop easier for everyone to use.
- Yes. Products, customers and order history come with you, and old addresses are redirected so you don't lose your rankings in Google.
- It depends on how many page templates and integrations you need. After the first review you get a fixed price per stage. Our guide to what a website costs gives a sense of the levels.
