Your website and systems should follow how you work, not the other way round. We prefer open, proven technology, and we always propose that you own what we build: the code, the design and the content. Where that isn't fully possible, the contract says so before we start.
Why a micro studio?
We are three people: Christos Potamitis, Olof Öhrn and Max Rosberg Somerlock. The people you meet in the first meeting are the same three who design, build and run it afterwards.
The same people all the way
Olof is your contact from the first meeting through the whole project, and the three of us work so closely that what you tell us reaches the people who build.
Quick decisions
Questions get quick answers and decisions get made in the meeting. You talk directly to whoever can answer, not someone who has to go and ask.
A fixed price per stage
The project is split into stages with a fixed price for each. You know what the next step costs before it starts, and you can change direction between stages.
A network for the rest
What we don't do ourselves, such as IT operations and infrastructure, is done by hand-picked partners. You still have one contact: us.
It also sets a limit, and we're honest about it. We take on a few projects at a time, and if we're not right for yours, we'll tell you on the first call.
Don't see your industry?
These are the industries we've written up, not the only ones we work with. Websites, bookings, client portals and integrations between systems work in much the same way in most businesses, and what's different we learn from you.
Frequently asked questions
- Because you have the same people all the way. Olof is your main contact and leads sales, but the three of us work so closely every day that nothing gets lost between the meeting and the build. When a project needs more capacity or other skills, we bring in partners from our network.
- No. These are industries where we know how the workflows usually look. We build websites, bookings, client portals and integrations for most kinds of business.
- Rarely. If Fortnox, Visma or your ERP works well, it stays. We build what's missing and connect it to what you have, so the same thing only has to be entered once.
- It depends on what needs building. After the first conversation and the prototype you get a fixed price per stage, so you know what each step costs before it starts.
- Ideally you. We always propose that you own the code, the design and the content, and we're happy to help release the code as open source. In some projects that isn't fully possible, and then the contract says so before work starts, so you know what you own and what you can take with you.
Got a project in mind?
Tell us briefly what you want to build, and we'll get back to you and take it from there.
