Websites and client portals for law firms
Websites that build trust, client portals for secure document sharing and systems for matters and time. Among others for Advokat Wallander and Just Law.
What usually gets in the way
A website that doesn't say what you do
The practice areas are a list, but someone who needs help with a custody dispute or a shareholder agreement can't tell whether you're the firm to call.
Sensitive documents by email
Agreements, opinions and personal data travel as attachments, even though both client and firm know it should be done more securely.
Conflict checks and KYC by hand
Every new client has to be checked against earlier matters and counterparties. With the data in different systems, it's slow and uncertain.
Time that never gets billed
Calls, emails and quick pieces of work aren't logged straight away and are forgotten by invoice day.
What we can build for you
A website that explains your practice areas
A page per practice area that answers the client's questions and leads to a first conversation. Like the ones we built for Advokat Wallander and Just Law.
About WebsitesA client portal for secure documents
Clients sign in with BankID and find their documents, status and invoices, instead of attachments in their inbox.
About Client portalsMatters, conflicts and KYC
New clients and counterparties are checked against earlier matters, and the KYC is documented on the matter.
About Business systemsTime recording and billing
Time is logged on the matter straight away, from phone or desktop, and becomes invoicing data in your finance system.
About Time trackingAI that searches your own documents
Search and summarise the firm's agreements, templates and opinions. A lawyer always reviews the result.

Systems, standards and rules
- BankID
- Sweden's e-ID, for client sign-in and signing with secure identification.
- E-signing
- Engagement letters and powers of attorney are signed digitally and saved on the matter.
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Documents already in SharePoint can be shown in the portal without moving them.
- Fortnox and Visma
- Time and expenses become invoicing data.
- Anti-money laundering rules
- Customer due diligence is documented and followed up for the engagements the law covers.
- Professional conduct rules
- The Swedish Bar Association's rules apply to marketing too. The website copy is written with them in mind.
- GDPR and confidentiality
- Personal data and documents are protected with access per matter and a log of who opened what.

How it works
Prototype and design system
Tell us what you want to build and we'll make a clickable prototype and a design system for it. Free, so you see what you get before you decide. If a project doesn't need a prototype, we do a free audit or workshop instead.
Needs, requirements and plan
We go through how you work today and what gets in the way. It becomes a requirements document and a plan where what makes the biggest difference gets built first, and a proposal with a fixed price per stage.
Kickoff workshop
Us, you and the people who'll use it, in one room. We agree what's included and walk out with a plan and the first stage under way.
Follow-up
We build in short rounds with a demo after each. After launch we follow up against the goals and improve what matters most.
Why a micro studio?
A firm doesn't hand client information to just anyone, and it's fair to ask the same of whoever builds its systems. With us, the same three people have access to your systems, from the first meeting to production.
We are three people: Christos Potamitis, Olof Öhrn and Max Rosberg Somerlock. The people you meet in the first meeting are the same three who design, build and run it afterwards.
The same people all the way
Olof is your contact from the first meeting through the whole project, and the three of us work so closely that what you tell us reaches the people who build.
Quick decisions
Questions get quick answers and decisions get made in the meeting. You talk directly to whoever can answer, not someone who has to go and ask.
A fixed price per stage
The project is split into stages with a fixed price for each. You know what the next step costs before it starts, and you can change direction between stages.
A network for the rest
What we don't do ourselves, such as IT operations and infrastructure, is done by hand-picked partners. You still have one contact: us.
It also sets a limit, and we're honest about it. We take on a few projects at a time, and if we're not right for yours, we'll tell you on the first call.
Frequently asked questions
- Clear pages per practice area, who works at the firm, how a first conversation works and what it costs where that can be said. Clients are looking for an answer to their question, not a list of legal terms.
- Safer than email, if the portal is built properly: BankID sign-in, access per matter, encryption and a log of who opened what.
- No. The rules of professional conduct for advocates apply to marketing too, which must, for example, be accurate and not misleading. We take them into account when we write the copy.
- Yes, for the right things: searching the firm's own documents, summarising long files and drafting. A lawyer always reviews the result, and we choose solutions where client data isn't used to train models.
Tell us how you work today
A first conversation costs nothing. We listen, ask questions and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
