Privacy policy

Naexit AB (company reg. no. 559580-6992), Tunnlandsvägen 39, 168 36 Bromma, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data described here. Send questions to legal@naexit.com. We don't collect more than we need, and we never sell personal data.

What we process and why

• When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address and browser, to show the page and protect it, and cookieless statistics on how the pages are used. Basis: our legitimate interest.
• Cookies for statistics and marketing, only if you accept them. You change your choice under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page, and the Cookies page lists what is used. For the ad platforms Google, Meta and LinkedIn, we and the platform are joint controllers for the collection. Basis: your consent.
• When you contact us: what you write and the files you attach, to answer you and prepare a quote. An AI service helps us sort the enquiry and draft a reply, which we always read and send ourselves. Basis: your consent in the form, or our legitimate interest when you email us.
• When you're a client: contact details and what the assignment needs, such as agreements, invoices and sign-in to the client portal. Basis: the contract and the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
• When we contact you at work: name, role and work email, and public information about the company. Basis: our legitimate interest. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become an assignment are deleted within twelve months. We keep client data during the relationship and for at most 24 months after, and invoices for seven years under the Bookkeeping Act. Statistics are kept for 13 months.

Your rights

You can at any time find out what data we hold about you and have it corrected, deleted or moved, restrict or object to the processing, and withdraw a consent. Email legal@naexit.com and we'll reply within a month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

We update this policy when something changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
