Our new client portal is live
Every client of ours now has their own client portal. Tickets, agreements, invoices, statistics and your website's content, all behind one sign-in.
We have launched our new client portal. It brings together everything you do with us, so you no longer have to dig through email threads. You sign in with a one-time code we email you, so there is no password to remember.
What's in the portal
- Overview: where things stand right now and what is waiting on you, such as quotes to answer, agreements to sign and invoices to pay.
- Tickets: questions, problems and requests for us, with attachments. We answer in the portal and email you when there is a reply. A critical ticket notifies us at once.
- Content: edit the content on your website, preview the change and publish when you are happy with it.
- Statistics: visits, pages, sources and enquiries on your website. Only totals, never individual visitors.
- Agreements: those awaiting signature, active and past, with PDFs.
- Invoices and quotes: answer quotes and pay invoices by card or Swish. If you prefer e-invoices, enter your Peppol address.
- Brand & company: your brand identity, your files and your company details in one place.
- Requests and news: forms we need you to fill in, and notices from us.
- Settings: invite colleagues as owners, editors or viewers, and choose whether the portal is in Swedish or English.
Your headless CMS is now edited in the portal
Every client who already has a website with a headless CMS from us now edits their content in the client portal, under Content. It is the same sign-in as the rest of the portal. You see how a change will look on your website before you publish, and the latest changes show up straight away on the overview.
